1) Open the relevant disc with CT/MRI studies.

 

2) Copy the DICOM folder onto your desktop.

[If your disc does not contain a specific folder labeled "DICOM", compress/zip your entire disc (directions in

the next step) and select it to upload.]  

 

3) Right Click (control click) and select

"Compress DICOM.”

 

4) Fill in the Case Information Form, Drag the compressed DICOM.zip folder onto a “Browse” button in the Case Information Form on MediVisuals’ website, or selectBrowse” and then select the folder from your desktop.

 

5) Repeat this process if you have another DICOM to upload.  Otherwise, selectUpload Files”.

3) Right click on the DICOM folder.  In the drop-down menu, highlightSend to”, and in the second drop-down menu selectCompressed (zipped) folder”.

 

4) Fill in the Case Information Form, selectBrowse” button, choose the zipped DICOM folder on your desktop, and selectOpen”.

 

5) Repeat this process if you have another DICOM to upload.  Otherwise, selectUpload Files”.

1) After inserting your disc into the DVD drive, go to Desktop.

 

2) Move your mouse to the bottom of the screen until the pop-up bar appears.

 

3) Right click on the far left Windows icon in the

pop-up bar, and select File Explorer.

 

4) In File Explorer, on the left-hand sidebar, click on the triangle beside “This PC” to access the drop-down menu showing all drives.  Select your DVD Drive.

 

5) Right click on the DICOM folder.  In the drop-down menu, highlightSend to”, and in the second drop-down menu selectCompressed (zipped) folder”.

[If your disc does not contain a specific folder labeled "DICOM", compress/zip your entire disc and select it to upload.] 

 

6) A pop-up window will say, “Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here.  Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?”.  SelectYes.

 

7. Fill in the Case Information Form, selectBrowse” button, choose the zipped DICOM folder on your desktop, and selectOpen”.

 

8. Repeat this process if you have another DICOM folder to upload.  Otherwise, select Upload Files.
